Designed by French interior designer Tatiana Nicol, light and airy spaces accented by pops of colour will be the name from the game. Taupes, whites and greys really speak freely the space and characterize it like a bright and friendly apartment. The visible beams, a mainstay of many Parisian apartments, are painted in similar colours which appear to maximise the height from the ceilings.

Turquoises, oranges and deep blues are spotted through the entire apartment in small bursts which provides an impression of the modern and homely space ; perfect for cozy evenings in or for hosting fun cocktail parties.

Tatiana Nicol has explained that she designed this modern apartment in Paris to marry together practicality, originality and beauty ; she‘s definitely succeeded. Probably the most wonderful original touches could be seen inside the entrance towards the bedroom – a little cut out space inside the lounge area appears as a grotto to open out on your beautifully cozy master bedroom.

Practicality could be seen in Nicol’s treatment from the kitchen. Although a little space, storage is maximised by uncluttered shelving and subtle cupboards which leaves many extra space for cooking and entertaining.

A fantastically big window during the sink lets inside a huge level of natural light towards the apartment. Like a consequence, the property’s lighting is subtle and understated ; just a couple of copper coloured hanging lamps during the simple dining table and bathroom sink along side some freestanding lamps that exude an air of shabby chic.
